CONCESSIONS
Where available, concessions apply for the following…
Disabled
Student (full-time, with valid photo ID)
Child (under 16, must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ at all times)
Senior (65+)
On a form of Income-Related Benefits (JSA, Universal Credit etc.)
Some events do not have concession prices, and concessions can vary between events, check the individual event page or contact us if you’re uncertain. We may ask for proof of concession on arrival, please bring your ID just in case.
COMPANION TICKETS
We offer free tickets for Companions via our Access Register. For more info and to join, visit our Access section by clicking here.
VENUE LEVY
A venue levy of £2 is added to each ticket sold and is listed alongside the published ticket prices. The levy allows us to meet running costs, make improvements to our venue and develop the service that we offer. The venue levy is exempt from any discounts (including TOM’s Friends discounts).
DOOR TIMES + PRICES
Doors to the venue and TOM’s Bar open 45 minutes before the start time, or at the time listed on your ticket. Times are published in good faith but may be subject to change.
Ticket prices are published in good faith, but at the discretion of the event promoter, tickets may cost more if bought ‘on the door’ (when doors to the venue open). We always recommend booking in advance, not just for the best price, but it also gives peace of mind to the artist that they’ll have an audience to perform to.
BOX OFFICE FAQS
-
We accept VISA, Mastercard and all debit cards.
We do not accept AMEX.
-
First, thanks for booking!
All tickets sold by TOM’s Box Office will be sent to you by email. The email will contain a QR code for each ticket. When you arrive, show your QR code(s) to a member of Team TOM and they’ll scan you in. Try to bring your tickets on a smart device, the trees will appreciate it.
If you’ve booked via an external ticketing site (like SEE Tickets, Ticketmaster or DICE), you’ll need to contact the seller for collection instructions.
For some of our more popular events, we might have extra policies in place to prevent touting, such as extra ID checks on the door, and the booker needing to be a member of the visiting group. We’ll do our best to communicate this, but best to check the individual event page for any info. -
First, don’t fret.
Call us or drop us an email and we can resend your tickets to you at no extra charge. Alternatively, turn up with the card you paid with and a form of photo ID to gain entry.
If you’re worried your booking hasn’t gone through, call us or drop us an email and we can check for you.
If you’ve booked via an external ticketing site, you’ll need to contact your original ticket provider. -
TOM’s Box Office is not always the only outlet for tickets. Other outlets include DICE, Ticketmaster and SEE Tickets, amongst others. TOM’s Box Office will almost always offer the best price.
Please do not book tickets via secondary ticketing sites like Viagogo and Stubhub. These sites do not offer any ticket protection and prices are set by individual sellers (with all profit going to the seller, not the artist). There is no guarantee you are buying genuine tickets either.
This is a problem bigger than TOM, but we do everything we can to ensure tickets are going to legit fans for face value. If you spot tickets on marketplace sites like Gumtree, let us know and we can attempt to identify the seller and amend/cancel the booking.
The only secondary ticketing site we endorse is Twickets. Twickets offers fan-to-fan ticket resales that do no exceed the face value of the ticket + fees.
To view our events on Twickets, click here.
Please note: Twickets is a platform independent of TOM - if you have any questions about the service, please contact Twickets directly. -
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any refunds. We recommend passing your ticket(s) on to family or friends. You can also list tickets for resale on Twickets.
-
If an event is cancelled, we will refund you the full value of the tickets (minus the venue levy).
If an event is postponed, we will offer to transfer your tickets to the new date or offer you a credit note / full refund (minus the venue levy). Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
If you’ve booked via an external ticketing site, you will need to contact your original ticketing provider. -
Children aged 18 months and younger can attend certain performances for free and do not require a ticket. Any children aged over 18 months can sit on a parent/guardian’s lap but will be required to purchase a ticket. If you have any questions, please call our Box Office before booking.
-
On most occasions, yes. However, some of our high-profile events will require the individual who purchased the tickets to be a part of the visiting party. Please refer to the individual event pages and our Terms and Conditions for more information. If you’re uncertain, give us a call and we can advise.
-
If there are any problems with your booking, or if there are any changes to the event you’ve booked, having contact details means we can get in touch with you directly. Also, if you need to contact us about your booking, we can use contact details as a reference.
We also will ask if you would like to receive emails from us about upcoming events, which you may opt in or out of at any time. You do not have to provide any details, but please note that by not providing details, we will not be able to contact you if any changes to a booking occur.
For more information about this, please view our Privacy Policy. -
Drop us an email - boxoffice@theoldmarket.com - and we'll reply as soon as we can.
Questions should relate to bookings though... we can try to answer other questions... Laura knows a lot about baking, and Mark... doesn't.
